Carmela is a chartered accountant (CPA, CA) with over seventeen years of experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to this, Carmela held various finance positions in public accounting and in the communications and logistics industries.

Throughout her career, Carmela has been very successful in the hiring process and has received outstanding feedback with regard to staff career development. Her many years of experience enable her to clearly identify the needs and requirements of her clients and assess candidates’ qualifications, resulting in successful matches. Throughout her tenure, Carmela has prioritized the needs of her clients and the career goals of candidates, while promoting the core values of trust, decency, honesty and respect.
